Step One:
In the box(es) located below the product description, type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase (up to four [4] of any single item).

Step Two:
Click "Add" to place the product selected in the desired quantity in your shopping bag. At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on "View Cart" on the left side of each page. You may change your mind, delete item(s) in your shopping cart or cancel the entire order before placing it.

Step Three:
When you've completed shopping, click the "Your Cart" link found on each page. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change your shopping bag contents during checkout prior to clicking on Continue with Checkout. After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 1-204-957-1544 for assistance.

Selecting Colour Online:
This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x 600. Please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings.  Please feel free to email or telephone us at 1-204-957-1544 with questions about specific colours, and we'll be happy to provide you with any additional description that is available.

VIEW CART
Click on "View Cart" to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

Using the View Cart Page
a. To Edit Item Quantity - click on the quantity box, change the number and click the "Update Quantity" button to complete the changes.

b. To Delete an Item - select the "Remove" link. To complete the changes, click the "Update Quantity" button on the left hand area of the page..

c. To Continue Shopping - click on "Continue Shopping" which will return you to the previously viewed page. To go to a different location at PROVICI Online, click on the desired link at the left of the page.

d. To proceed to "Checkout" - click on the "Continue Checkout" button at the top or bottom of the page.

Maximum Purchase Policy
We regret that we must limit online orders to no more than 4 units of any item with a maximum purchase of $300 per customer.  For larger orders please call us at 1-204-957-1544.

Out of Stock Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via Email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-204-957-1544 and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Shipments to International Addresses
We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States or Canada.
