Waterproof Mascara

WATERPROOF MASCARA prevents mascara from running when exposed to humidity, water, persiration and tears. Hypoallergenic, impervious to water, and won't dry lashes. Lengthen, separate and darken lashes. Choose Brown or Black/Brown.

HOW TO APPLY: Use the side of the convenient applicator brush to apply to lower lashes first. Then apply to upper lashes. Use the point of the brush for inner and outer lashes. Best removed with our PROVICI Makeup Wipes and Eye Makeup Remover
